It is with great sadness that the Youngclaus & Company family has said a final goodbye to its founder and patriarch, William "Bill" Youngclaus, who passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on April 13, 2023

Bill was not just a partner and founder of our family run firm, but also a mentor, a leader, and a dear friend to many of us. Bill’s vision and guidance helped shape our firm into what it is today, and we will always be grateful for the legacy Bill has left behind.

Bill started his CPA practice in 1976 and was always an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants, Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce and various community programs. As someone who loved to mentor and pass along his knowledge, Bill repeatedly presented CPE (Continuing Professional Education) seminars as well as taught accounting and finance for the American Banking Institute and NH University extension courses. We assure all our clients that we will continue his example to provide the highest level of service and care that you have come to expect from us.
