Terri Smith came to Youngclaus & Company in January of 2015 as a staff accountant and has advanced to a Senior Tax Accountant position. She has worked in the accounting field since 1999 in both public and private accounting throughout her career.

Terri graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 2004 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and recently received her enrolled agent certificate in March 2020.

Terri left her controller position for a private company in December 2014 to re-enter the public sector. Terri is proficient in bookkeeping with Quickbooks and preparation of personal and business taxes as well as payroll tax returns and assisting with the preparation of financial statements. Terri also provides projections to her clients to try to ensure that all necessary taxes are paid.

Terri and her husband have four older children and is now the grandmother of two grandsons. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in the sun, gardening, shopping and taking road trips with her family and friends.
